Our journey embarked in 2018, with the invaluable support of the Nangabo Development Trust’s youth empowerment programs, notably the Business Start-Up Mentorship program. This pivotal assistance served as our launchpad, propelling us into the world of entrepreneurship and setting the stage for the birth of Osaganda Enterprises, our brainchild. At the heart of our enterprise lies our pride and joy. Our mission is to provide high-quality empirivuma tea that is sustainably produced and supports the Ugandan community.
Empirivuma Tea was born from a passion for Uganda’s wild, untapped natural treasures. Nestled in the heart of Uganda, our team discovered the incredible potential of wild date palm seeds—a resource abundant in our forests but largely overlooked. Inspired by traditional practices and a desire to create a truly unique tea experience, we embarked on a mission to craft a tea that reflects the richness of Uganda’s wilderness.
